During the autumn of 2025, opposition parties submitted many suggestions on how to improve business conditions, fight dishonest companies, and promote gender equality in the business sector. The parliament reviewed these, but found that current policies and ongoing work already cover these areas.

The Swedish parliament voted to reject all 138 proposals, meaning no new laws or changes to business policy will be implemented at this time.
