Nya Beslut is the data controller for any personal data collected through the website. For any questions, please contact us via our contact form .

2. What data we collect and why

We only collect personal data when absolutely necessary:

  • Contact Form: When you contact us using our form (provided by Tally.so), we collect your name, email address, and your message.

    • Purpose: To read and respond to your inquiry.
    • Legal basis: Consent (which you provide by checking the required box in the form).
    • Retention period: We delete your data as soon as your case has been resolved and closed.

  • Server Logs (IP Addresses): Our website is hosted via a third-party provider (GitHub Pages). Their servers may automatically and temporarily log your IP address to maintain security and prevent DDoS attacks.

    • Legal basis: Legitimate interest (security and operations).

(We do not currently have a newsletter and therefore do not collect any data for marketing purposes).

3. Data Sharing (Third Parties)

We never sell your data. We do, however, use an external service for our contact form:

  • Tally.so: A European company (based in Belgium) that complies with strict GDPR requirements. All form data is sent encrypted and stored on servers located within the EU.

4. Cookies

We use no tracking cookies (such as Google Analytics) and we do not store any cookies in your browser for marketing purposes. The website is completely static and respects your privacy 100%.

5. Your Rights under GDPR

Since we operate within Sweden and the EU, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access: You have the right to know what data we hold about you.
  • Right to erasure: You can ask us to delete your email conversation at any time.
  • Right to complain: If you believe we are mishandling your data, you have the right to file a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) .
